This may take a while to load but if you wait a genie will appear and talk to you, if you have a microphone you will be able to say several commands back to this Genie and soon you will be able to play games. Note if you have no microphone you will be able to click on the commands on the genie's menu(got from rightclicking on him) you can also drag the genie around by left clicking on him and moving your mouse. Also the genie can be told to 'go away'  or 'hide' or you can click on the commands on the menu. Waiting for this download is a good idea because once its complete access to genie will be alot faster in the future, note you must stay on this page to use genie! O yeah and if you tell him to 'go away', 'hide' or 'scram' he is still there just press scroll lock and say 'genie' or click his lamp down near the clock on the taskbar.
